And I will not watch Bernie rail on and on with the same talking points with ever increasing volume. It’s really bad. My mom, like many others, was at least intrigued by Bernie at the beginning of the Democratic primary, but texted me about 15 minutes into the first primary debate... “I still kind of like him but I do

Really bringin’ people together. Love the good vibes.

Just wanted to remind you to go home, your mother’s calling you.

Keep fighting the big battles here, you of such purity. I’m sitting here at lunch in my boring job, I come to J-bel to read a nice story about two lovely ladies in love, and BAM! I see you on your high horse about a comment that ended in “If it works for them, great.” being judgey. I am now more upset then when I

yeah wtf is this person’s problem. the tall blonde that is. comment sections man...

Thank you for saying this. This is just so stupid and not even funny.

Never mentioned Sen. Bernie Sanders, never mentioned the word ‘rigged.’ Now you WANT to picture me as that person, because that would somehow reaffirm your preconceived notions. But, no, I’m neither a Bernie Bro nor do I think anything was rigged. You suggested that for 20 years the New York Times was trying to

Ahhh. Yes, ok. Well, after you look at the linked picture of a “bag of pizza,” you can even go to Yelp and see the multiple references to said bags. I knew you’d be trouble when I read your use of the “you’re (insert verb)-ing wrong” phrase. So fucking stupid.

Oh twbb, twbb... you want me to listen to Paul Krugman’s take? Yeesh. You must have not been reading the Times during the primaries.

Wait a minute, you’re suggesting that the NYT had it out for Hillary Clinton? That is a stunningly incorrect observation.

I get so frustrated watching everyone speak at these god damn CNN roundtables except for Symone Sanders. It’s so obvious. She must be a calmer person than I am, because I would be interrupting everyone just to get a god damn word in edgewise.

I can’t watch these things anymore. There are always these good hits like Leahy’s, but they only have, what, like 5 minutes to get them in plus maybe a little overtime? And Sessions gets to lie and obfuscate and smile and rely on the comity of the Senate to not really have anyone go over the top. Then, next in line

It is of course extreme, but it is certainly not on par with your gay marriage example, that’s entirely off base to the specifics here. Again, I would suggest that individuals who have attempted suicide multiple times as well as attempted their own genital mutilation are indeed in an ‘extreme’ or exceptional

I’m willing to bet there are a lot of trans people who have had similar medical professionals tell them having reassignment surgery is medically necessary, but they don’t have $100k and they are shit out of luck. So now that there is precedent, they should commit a crime and go to prison to get the surgery.

But others have brought up the idea that poor trans people in need of a surgery they can’t afford can nowcommit some crime, get thrown in the clink, and get their surgery that way. Just a crime that wouldn’t lead to life without parole.

Grateful Dead are not terrible, most people who are into music as a whole wouldn’t say such a thing. Not every song is 16 minutes of noodling and reverb. But to each his/her/their own. I think they fucking rock - I mean, look at the wall of sound, that shit is awesome.

“Reading charles blow, you’d think Trump is planning on setting up concentration camps in Texas” - I mean, come on, that’s funny.

I am not really sure, but to me it sounds like it makes sense for labor and other interest groups more than liberal advocacy groups, which lead me my remark of of ‘churning out the bullshit’ and making lobbying easier as the special interests would have a greater ability to speak to both constituencies with a broader

“Unfortunately, an agreement was unable to be reached and the Legislature was committed to a flawed bill that placed an $800 million burden on taxpayers—$600 million of which was unnecessary—with no way to pay for it and no plan to make one.” - is this false? If it’s true, then good for him using the ol’ pocket veto.
