If it were just their own lives this antivax/antiscience crowd were impacting I’d give them the joy of their own ignorance and wait them out. Unfortunately, walking around as a potential vector puts those who have legitimate reasons (being immunocompromised, extremely young, etc,) for not being vaccinated at risk.
