Seems like it was. The timing is too coincidental.

No worries! The way your post was worded made it seem like you were disagreeing with me so thanks for clarifying. I completely agree. :)
Haha OMG that was great!
The fundamental changes they made to the nature of the zombies makes that a bit more difficult.
Tilda Swinton is a chameleon! I barely recognized her.
Good point. I was assuming they’d come unpainted but they may not. I’m actually pretty good at painting miniatures but these days I simply don’t have the time. I really like it when companies offer both painted and unpainted versions, then everyone wins!
Right. It’s mainly people saying, “if you’re going to condemn Scientology you have to condemn all religions.” That stance completely ignores the obvious differences between Scientology and the major religions of the world.
I think you might have misunderstood my post. I was questioning ThePrimativeDirective’s argument that David’s motivations weren’t from a place of malice, but a place of learning. It obviously came from a place of malice when he spiked Holloway’s drink. Nobody does something to another person that could cause serious…
Nice ad hominem bro
Sounds like the new owner should get into politics.
I hope attendees get an extra hour in the ball pit.
Finally, someone with some sense. I can’t believe the number of people here falling over each other to defend Scientology of all things.
Ah yeah the Armada sets look really nice. I don’t have the budget for both so I’m sticking with X-Wing for the time being.
What exactly about my posts made you feel like I was whining?
Agreed. I’m actually pretty good at painting miniatures but I just don’t have the time these days. Have you checked out Fantasy Flight Games X-Wing series? The paint apps on those are amazing.
The sculpts on these look fantastic. I only wish they came painted.
He did three Taken movies. I think it’s fair to say Liam Neeson will do almost anything for a paycheck.
Did you watch the clip? David is clearly proficient at flying the ship. If he was able to fly to The Engineers homeworld why wouldn’t he be able to fly to Earth?
Fair enough. Guess I never really thought about it. Some quick Googling reveals that this is a common question fans have about the Alien universe, so I don’t feel too bad for not realizing it.
I haven’t seen anything in the films which implies the ships are capable of FTL travel. There are several shots in Aliens and Aliens of the ships moving at normal speed through space but no shots depicting FTL travel and no mention of it.
