I have the same failing. Lately when I find myself getting sucked in I try to remember that it’s an ineffective use of my time. That usually allows me to put the breaks on and move onto something else.

My wife and I live in LA, which I think we can agree is pretty progressive, and still get asked this pretty often. Mostly when I’m meeting people for the first time. The questions almost always go in this order:

Fair point and all but coffee from a drip-brew machine tastes like shit and coffee from a Keurig tastes great. Not advocating for Keurig, I use an espresso machine myself, but you can’t boil everything down to price. Quality is an important factor too.

It’s VERY depressing. My wife and I game together and we peppered in a lot of side quests and errands between the main quests because anytime we’d do 3 or 4 main quests in a row we’d start feeling really depressed about how hopeless their situation was.
