If someone bring a complaint of sexual assault until Title IX, the university is legally required to investigate it. The problem is that I am unsure whether she actually brought a formal complaint. I mean, she informed the university by requesting services and it still had a duty to provide the services she requested

Yeah, maybe the fact that they’re eating seaweed is what caused the rage here.

Well I’m glad that I wasn’t the only one who doesn’t like it. I have lived in New York and I still don’t like it. But, I can say, that when I was growing up I truly did not understand it.

Yeah, I wondered the same. Maybe it’s just more about being able to understand and relate to culture in the show. For example, I hated Senfield growing up because I grew up in a really small, rural town. I could not relate and did not understand Senfield. Jokes on that show would just go completely over my head. So,

Exactly. I mean, I am willing to admit that she may have a mental illness that is causing her to make up all the lies. Or maybe she even experienced trauma in the past. But she made this up. There is no doubt. And we need to stop pretending that she didn’t.

Yeah, can we all just stop pussyfooting around the issue and admit that she made it up. Because she did. And it is really shitty that Rolling Stone published the article because it validated every person who claims women make false rape accusations. Unfortunately, Jackie is one of those very small percentage of women.

Well, a few facts are certain. The man she said raped her does not exist and never did. Haven Monahan is not a real person. There was no party the night she claimed there was a party at the fraternity she claims she was raped at. Those are actual facts that have been determined. So, she may be suffering from some

It has the tradition and reality of being privileged.

Who said she only has financial reasons? I was pointing out that there may be financial reasons for stumping her dad. I never said they were the only ones.

Doubt it. My guess is there was an ironclad prenup. And I don’t know what her marriage has to do with her father’s wealth.

Well, technically if we are talking about millions, she probably has a million legit reasons to be on the campaign trail.

Fine. I think that's a perfectly acceptable explanation. What is not acceptable is that Disney made her wear a tiny corset for a children's fairy tale. What a wonderful thing to teach young children.

Yes! Definitely go for a standard poodle.

Avoiding a Freedom of Information Act Request was likely the logic.

Yep. I totally agree. She is a lawyer, after all.

My guess is that she was doing it to protect her emails from a Freedom of Information Act Request in the future. If the government doesn't own or control her emails, it can't produce them under a FOIA request.

Well that's one way to avoid a Freedom of Information Act Request. If the government doesn't have control of or own your email address, then they can't produce your emails. Chalk one up to the forward thinking Ms. Clinton. Now you just have to wonder what she was hiding.

Team smarter and better looking for the win. The dress is blue.

Yep. Blue and black/brownish.

I can only see blue and brownish. I have tried to tilt my computer screen, close my eyes and reopen them, and look at it on different screens (computer vs. iphone). I can see no white and gold. So, I personally believe that gold has officially died in this world. Also, you are all nuts.
