Someone is buying a fucking Dodge with 1000+ HP, and you expect them to make rational decisions? These aren’t cars, they’re furniture. They’re ways to show off your money and small penis. They have the most fun sitting in a parking lot waiting for some other bro to come talk to them about their car.

I get what you’re coming from, but I do think, whatever his intention, it’s a little more nuanced than if he was saying gayness and paedophilia are the same. I think he just chose gayness out of the air as an example of a sexuality to make his point about all sexualities having the same root.

I’m a non-binary pansexual person, and someone who’s the first to call out homophobia, and I really don’t think what Liu said was homophobic. What he was doing was talking about a) the fact that paedophilia is an urge some people have, like any other sexual urge b) that society used to be cool with men having sex with

Tilda Swinton is in Michael Clayton for 18 mins of a 120 mins film and got the Oscar.

I had the same thought, but then I realized that I’m pretty sure EA Play is only with the higher tier of Game Pass, so this seems to mean that even people on the basic tier have access to it now. Still not a huge win, but not a big deal anyway.

No, this isn’t a crime. They didn’t refuse the person service on the basis of their race (that would be a crime).

Lol this is America, where the former president had lunch with a known white supremacist.

Is that not a crime there? Pretty sure it would count as hate speech in the UK. If they have solid evidence, it should definitely be investigated by the authorities.

“Racially insensitive.” No, that is a hell of a lot more than insensitive, that’s the whole kit and caboodle of straight up fuck-you level racism.

Dude, I work with a vendor that does shows twice a month at two different Harley dealers.

Totally agree. They have an elevated look kind of along the lines of Range Rover

The HR-V hurts because the foreign-market models are pretty sharp.

Seems like an ELI5 is a year too late... So, a pew pew has a bunch of different, er... rooms. The Magazine is like a bullet’s sleepy time place, where they wait quietly so daddy doesn’t get angry. The Chamber is like the landing, where, when someone opens the front door, the bullet wanders around alone, ready to head

Maybe I’m just becoming crotchety old man, or maybe I’m falling into the common rhetoric of “it’s not as good as it used to be,” but I found “A Scandi Flick” to be borderline bad. It certainly wasn’t good. I also wasn’t very impressed

This.

I thought the benefit for this is that a rotary operates the best under a consistent usage. This reads like the rotary only acts as a generator for the battery, so it doesn’t need to deal with the power fluctuations of an ICE, just on/off to power the battery.

Agreed that this drivetrain very likely previews what we can expect to see in a future hybrid Miata.

Give him credit for realizing alcohol is one of the few things that could make that movie tolerable.

The person I feel bad about in all of this is Cavill who seemed genuinely excited to be coming back to the role, only to have everything completely dashed a few weeks later.

I’m a bit surprised at how gushing the reviews for the movie have been. It was generally entertaining, but the first one just seemed much better in pretty much every way. I would have expected the reviewers to be unkind to this one in comparison (“Knives Out 2: bigger, longer, duller”).
