Nope, not trolling. I genuinely just don’t see why on earth a 230K ‘99, bells and whistles and well-builtedness understood, is worth the price I could pay for a newer and more modern suv with awd/4wd. Not being a toyota/lexus fanboi, I’m personally not interested in this rig at that price.

I think maybe you’re unfamiliar with what that company does/sells today. That place that makes your homemade pasta around the corner is buying eggs, flour, salt, evoo, etc, etc, etc from somebody. I’m not here to sell you shares of their (very good) stock or anything, but they’re not quite what you appear to think.

Whatever man. Go get another hole punched in your Jalop card, because that’s about what this is good for. At 230K this is not a good deal. I’d much rather spend 4-6K on a 4wd Escape or Mariner (for example) from 07-09. They’re out there at that price.
