I had one of these in green. This isn’t it but it’s pretty much identical. Loved that car! We used to cram five people in to drive to the Bass Clef jazz club in London back in like ’90/’91

He crashed, he just refused to stay crashed.

I’ve never seen a car look like it’s having so much fun.

Trans-Am Jalopnik style

Petrolicious is pretty and whatnot, but nobody else does automotive pornography quite like Evo. They always have some incredibly breathtaking shots in all of their content.

I know it makes sense given the lack of muffler and all the talk but I didn’t truly believe reviews or reports until I heard one in person. Hype about movies let me down and I figured the same thing for this little beast. The only time I did see one I was at a light with my windows down when the distant BRAAAAAAP

Then I was at a light with my rental Opel Astra turbo diesel manual wagon, and saw a Ford Focus ST wagon pull up next to a Fiesta ST 3-door, and realized the whole US car market is a disappointment.

This is Ford’s chance to give us wagons! I think more of VW’s core target buyer has already started cross shopping Ford over the last couple years, and recent events will surely sway more of them towards the blue oval. Both the Focus and Fusion/Modeo wagons would be perfect shoe-ins for the VW offerings, and probably
