Yup, Jack getting the glass in his neck wasn't as precise as Hannibal would have liked, he couldn't even see him (though still impressive. Like the precision with the Italian mob guy, right in the femoral artery).

Doesn't really matter. I've read all the books too and Silence was pure gold, IMO, as is Hannibal. As far as the rest of the film adaptations, meh. Although, I have NOT seen Hannibal Rising, was curious if it was worth a watch (and actually that is the one book I haven't read either).
