It’s not as bad as Annie’s making out. If you ignore the colab with Kurt Vile (which was a dull mess), this is really a sophomore effort - and as far as I’m concerned everyone worthwhile gets a sophomore pass. Tell Me is good. It’s listenable. CB stays in my rotation and I’m sure the next one will be in full form.
