Oh hey, a good episode after a bunch of disappointing ones! It was actually a storyline that isn't about Mon El or his arc. (Minimal Mon El is best Mon El!) But seems we're right back to it next week. Oh joy.

Different timeline.

iWell they better have Negasonic Teenage Warhead in either New Mutants or Deadpool 2! I couldn't care less about Dark Phoenix movie. It's done, it's over. You screwed up the first time, Singer, doing Superman instead of X3, there will be no take backsies!

At first i read that as "compels you to hate fuck!"

It's moments like this that makes 'Fellowship' my favorite.

I wish they could go one season without splitting Fitzsimmons up, just for drama. After nearly getting killed by (and violently stabbing) Fitzbot and seeing the "real" Fitz murdering an innocent woman AND going out with his robot crush, I wouldn't be surprised if Jemma would be emotionally scarred and would not want

Yeah I can excuse Jessica Jones because it's not a show or character about fighting and action, it's about inner turmoil and mystery.

Yeah, Iron Fist was a giant disappointment.

And the fight scenes are better than Iron Fist's, a show that's about martial arts. Let that sink in!

Elizabeth Henstridge, always and forever.

I hate what they're doing to Fitz. I groan audibly. With May, there's a reason why she's evil, why her life took a different path but Fitz? None. It's just because, it comes out of nowwhere. Character assassination at its finest!

Keep reading: "But, unfortunately, those little bits of self-awareness don’t make up for the episode’s logical flaws, inconsistent characterizations, and strange obsession with tablets."

Yeah Daredevil grabbed me from episode 1. But that's the difference between a show with great acting, writing, directing and choreography, and a painfully mediocre rush-job like Iron Fist. This show took like, 6, 7 episodes to get going? Yikes.

Guess it's all that money they lost on Marco Polo, lol! Getting stingy.

Actually, just go with the eyes!

Iron Fist could've been perfectly fine as a 2 or 3-part movie for Netflix. They would've had a bigger budget to show Kunlun and the dragon too!

So pretty much order of release! And my ranking too!

I wish the show was about that guy.

"he handles familial dynamics really well"

"Slow, sure, but no other Marvel/Netflix was a roller coaster in its first part"
Both seasons of Daredevil certainly started with a bang. That's what I expected from Iron Fist too, (a show about a magic monk warrior), not… Boardroom meetings.
