Goddamn them and their delicious McRib's.
AC3 had the worst story out of all recent AC games, imo. Didn't even feel slightly compelled to beat it.
Currently playing on a 0DS. It's crazy, I know.
Same.
You must be only talking about the Arcade Mode.
All company's generate hype for their products rule one of marketing, i am not sure what you are trying to get at?
Rockstar has always been good at generating hype for their games.
I've beaten all the stories since GTA III. Vice City had a pretty damn good story, from what I can remember. III's was alright and IV's was... "meh." Never touched the original GTA, but I did play II although I was confused as what exactly to do sometimes. Guess that was due to the fact that I was pretty young when I…
Never finished a GTA? Huh.
He really wants the game to be at its best - more so than the mod was.
I feel like the series needs to move on from Sam.
Yeah. I don't have a problem with the multiplayer, but never have I once bought a SC game just for it. Being that most of the reviews I have read state that the singleplayer story isn't all that much to die for, I would essentially be buying the game for its multiplayer, which is not something I intend to do, not with…
Agreed. I don't usually post on there as much as I do on here, which really isn't that often as of late, but yeah. It took me a while to get promoted (I think). Haven't bothered to check to be honest.
Thing is, I bought it when it was originally a purchase+sub game and yeah, that was an asinine move on their part because 1.) I didn't get jack shit based on my original purchase, 2.) if I wanted a singleplayer experience I would play a singleplayer game, and 3.) I paid for a sub before it was F2P and pretty much got…
The thing with ToR is that it didn't do so well when it required the monthly sub. Not many people, especially those new to MMOs (in such a time where many are going F2P), want to pay for a sub. Hell, I've been playing WoW since 06', albeit on and off quite frequently, but I for one am sick of paying a monthly fee.
Yeah no problem. But no. It was just the initial purchase and that's it. No sub.
As much as I don't want to buy into another MMO, these bastards continue to keep me interested in Wildstar with these videos of theirs.
GW2 had the initial purchase price and was from there on in F2P. Some will argue all day that it's not F2P b/c of that initial purchase price, but whatever. It's not like you're forced to pay for anything else besides the game itself. Everything else after the purchase of the game is entirely optional/not required.
That's definitely a problem with me. I could understand maybe an initial price of $15, but for newer MMOs to keep that same price up? It's simply tiring.
