I understand the point that you’re making, but it’s also a video game. Of course it’s not going to be realistic, because if you went down after getting hit by a single arrow it wouldn’t be fun to play. They have to balance realism with an engaging game.

Plus you add on the fact that pretty much each game they released outsold the last one. They were popular with Uncharted, but I think TLOU really exploded them into the limelight. Then they pushed graphical boundaries with U4. They’re almost 100% Sony’s golden child and they’ll most likely give them whatever they want

I’m actually a bit sad that they confirmed that. One of the real appeals of the ending was that it left it ambiguous: Did she really believe him, or did she see the bullshit but just let it go?

I saw Bomberman as an assist trophy, and got really sad because I think that he would be a really fun character to play as. I’m a huge Bomberman fan. I also think it would be really cool to see Rayman, and maybe Cuphead or Mugman. I mean at that point we’re moving away from Nintendo characters, but I feel that they

That’s what I’m wondering. In all fairness, I haven’t played much of D2 but I played D1 to death and he was by far the most entertaining character.

I’m honestly baffled at the amount of people who think this looks like Smash 4. Did they even watch the reveal? The amount of changes are huge, and I’m not even a “hardcore” Smash player.

No it’s not, it’s a completely different game. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was Mario Kart 8 with all DLC on the WiiU, and that’s it. They went incredibly deep into all of the changes that they’re making, plus adding in every character from every past game. It’s a new Smash game.

That’s what I was going to say, Luigi is drastically different than Mario. In the same ballpark, sure, but their playstyles are extremely different.

Mario Party 8 (on the Wii) was very much in that style, and I absolutely adored that game. I’m really hoping that this is a return to form in that regard.

The devs have said that the last game was about love, and this one was about hate. More extensive and graphic violence is a fitting theme for hate, if you ask me.

I knew it was a long shot, but I was really hoping for a new Splinter Cell.

I think you’re forgetting Black Flag there. While not the greatest AC specific game, it was one of the greatest pirate games ever.

I think it looks fantastic. It’s a bit similar to Origins, but Origins reignited my faith in the franchise. More of that isn’t a bad thing!

That’s how I’m feeling. It’s nice that they actually confirm it, but that’s all they really did was officially confirm it.

The intro was good with Frozen, but then it kept transitioning between all of the different worlds, and it seemed like they kept the voices for the characters with no environmental sounds. It was definitely a weird trailer.

Even then I’ll be doubting that it’s really happening.

Am I dreaming? Kingdom Hearts 3 really has a release date? Nah, you playin.

While I understand everyone jumping on the hate bandwagon, I won’t until I know what it actually includes. If the exclusivity is the same as previous AC games (one or two ~15 minute missions that are obviously tacked on as exclusive content), then who cares? But if it’s more akin to Destiny, that’s a whole different

I’ve been keeping my eye on this game for years now, and this was my biggest concern. But on the bright side, from what I’ve seen the combat isn’t straight up terrible, it’s just... mediocre. And if the story and characters are as interesting as everyone says they are, I can handle mediocre combat. 15-30 hours is

I think it would have been a ton more successful if it had been free to play from the start. I think it had some really great ideas, and it’s one of those games that when it worked, it REALLY worked. But when it didn’t work, it it was pretty pitiful.
