Me as well. It’s perfectly runnable on my system, but my system is certainly not reaching its full potential. It brings out the graphics whore side of me, because while I could play the rest of the game without issue right now, part of me wants to wait until they fix it, so that I can play it how I originally intended.

I’d like to just put out a note, keeping the 30 frames per second is actually really helpful in this situation. Normally capping your PC game at 30 fps on a PC game is like sacrilege, but I’ll take a 95% stable game at 30 frames per second over a game that “runs” at 60, but is constantly jumping all over the place.
