Yeah man. While the progression system isn’t the best, I’ve found it doesn’t really matter. I actually have yet to buy a single box and still do just fine in every match. This game is tons of fun, and I hope more people decide to try it out.

I’m in the same boat as you. Really enjoying the game and not feeling held back by the progression system. While I’m disappointed by all the negative press that holds people from playing a great game the concerns over pay to win are real and valid.

Really too bad because it is a very fun game to play.

I also haven’t felt hampered by the progression system in Multiplayer one bit (not even half a bit) so... as per usual - internet just blowing stuff WAY out of proportion without any actual experience with what they are bemoaning.

It’s shocking to see Star Wars video game characters with, well, genuine character.

I found Del Meeko’s arc to be one of the best things in ANY Star Wars product (games, books, movies, etc.). His interactions with [SPOILER Major Character] were great and really showed how a random encounter can change someone’s outlook on life.

But, if the whole police dept was scouring the streets for HER, then who was doing all of the shooting, beating and robbing?

Ok this lady needs to get citizen of the year award. And they need to fire that sherriff.

Lol. Yeah I’m and ea exec on kotaku correcting people who can’t read. Your figured it out. Bravo.

I am absolutely positive that there is NO PLEASING some of you. You’ve won. Its over. All your crying and bitching about “loot boxes” and “predatory business practices” has made a EA bow to you, and yet many of you, ARE STILL BITCHING AND COMPLAINING. Let it go trolls. Again, you never had to buy this shit show in the

It actually doesn’t have a season pass since the last game got so much flack for it.

Between this and the book, and well everything Jason writes.. /agree.

You are spot on, I lived in a city with an EA office that was there just for QA contract work and I met so many people who would tell me they worked for EA and then when I asked what they did it came out that they were QA contractors. This is like saying you work for Warren Buffet if you work for the company that

Great job man! Seriously Jason. You do some of the absolute best investigative journalism not only in the gaming industry, but period.

That awesome moment someone on a video game blog is a better investigative journalist this half the media in the nation. Anyway, I believe he is lying(it’s obvious) but I don’t say that to be mean to him. I wonder what was his reason for doing something like this? It seems very strange. I hope this gets an update.

Wait, I think I get it. Calling yourself trash is how men deal with the fact that they actually like patriarchy and misogyny because it benefits them. So they show shame and that covers up for the fact that they still want dominance. If you say “I’m trash” and do a little performative feminism, you can avoid changing

If you actually think this is a spoiler you didn’t finish S1. And maybe just stop using the internet if you’re that fragile.

Considering 98% of my deaths playing odyssey were from falling into bottomless pits, the life meter was never really an issue for me and this probably isn’t as useful or as abusable as it seems.

EA is not the devil, but they did decided Visceral’s fate once they ran Dead Space 3 into the ground, is a shame he didn’t report on that, because that game was a mess and a true tale in how the publisher mandates can kill a franchise (see also SimCity and Dungeon Keeper)

Found the EA employee!
