Just reading that list of people who passed this year broke my heart. I had almost forgotten that half of them died because I still can’t believe it.

Same. She was a one-note character who didn’t do anything particularly interesting or show a personality. Compared to, oh, the vast wealth of far more interesting elements in the show, the Barb love is annoying and baffling.

Has Romero done anything good since Dawn of the Dead, really? I’ll be the guy to rock the boat, too. The remakes of Night (the 1990 one) an Dawn (Zack Snyder) are better than the originals.

Thanks for the awesome ideas, Mr. Romero, but other people do your genre better. Unfortunately, Paul Anderson isn’t one of them.

True. On the downside, how the heck does he do anything BUT fly with those? Or go anywhere indoors, which tends to be where valuable things are kept.

Z Nation shouldn’t be as good as it is, but it IS entertaining as hell.

Y’all should watch Z Nation instead. It is so fun, campy, and yes- smart!! It’s truly a zombie show for genre fans.

My siblings and I have gotten really, really good at identifying characters in blind bags based on the accessories we can feel. One time, we got like six blind bags, tried to figure out what they were before we opened them, and got them all right. So blind bags aren’t insurmountable.

For once I’d actually be happy with any of these. Doubles you gotta watch out for.

What an interesting take on the apocalypse. I love apocalyptic fiction (like the Bible) and I’m going to have to see what more comes of this series.
