I really don’t understand the fascination that white people have with black people and “doing the racism”.

What you have described sir is UDL which is Universal Design for Learning in that students learn in different modes. AC NH is a mode of learning that (for some) is engaging while posing a quasi-life skills teaching method. Sure there’s a lot of capitalism involved but that’s the world we live in.
My child is a little older, so I would suggest...Stardew Valley! I’ve never seen him more focused, and suddenly he knows how to properly clean his room the first time without me having to have him make a second pass 😂
I started playing AC with my 6 year old daughter, and before AC she really had trouble with controllers. She still does, but she didn’t give up this time, and is getting better.
Love this. My ex’s family bought him Pokemon Red when it came out, because he was falling behind in reading and the ONLY thing he wanted to do was game. Turns out, it really helped him.
I have had a similar experience with my 6yo daughter. She enjoys the game and can do it even without me for the most part.
Of course, then I got on the other day and found out she had cut down all my trees and left wood, stones, and random objects littered around the island. So, you know, ups and downs.
The issue isn’t with the cutscenes themselves, which are kind of cute, but that they are unskippable. This means they are a pain if you’re trying to have lots of people join.
You won’t once you’re on an island with a code shared to dozens or hundreds of people. Try getting more than 10 steps in between cuts. Good luck — we’re all counting on you.
Currently living in Japan, just a couple blocks from a net cafe. Coronavirus measures have been pretty slow to roll out here but seeing places close in the past couple weeks made me think of the people who live out of those cafes.
Yeah, I wasn’t doing that.. Nintendo won. I bought my daughter her own Switch Lite and a copy of the game. Happy early Birthday, you’re not living with me. She’s 11 and played New Leaf and knows better, but hell, I don’t even want my husband living on my island, much less my kid. 🤣 Good point is we can still play…
My 8 year old son lives with my ex-wife and i was surprised to find his island (that he owns himself) just littered with crap. random items everywhere, things buried, fruit down by trees with new fruit in the trees when i finally was able to come visit.
Actually, doesn’t having the receipts show the important fact that he would be a illegitimate source of information? That’s important to do considering how many people blindly trust these clowns.
It’s a lot easier to call somebody a liar when you actually have them on tape lying. You should always let fools talk so people know how foolish they really are.
Who could have done it better? Well, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and Mongolia for starters. But that doesn’t matter to the administration, they’re just preparing talking points to be repeated ad infinitum.
If you stop, then the likleyhood of it getting out is reduced.
Animal Crossing has been more relaxing and therapeutic for me than anything else. I don’t know why people have such complexes when they see other people with nice elaborate islands and homes. I would think that kind of stuff would give you inspiration instead of envy.
I have literally no control over this but I will surely continue to push for mute as default for sure.
We are a resilient species, and it’s going to take more than a disease with this mortality rate to take us out. We will soldier on, despite Trump’s best efforts. Now, our ability to *learn* anything from this, now that is laughable
Yep, that’s the advantage of shadowbanning, for sure. They could be banned forever and never realize it.
I guess we’re about to find out how many jerks are also too lazy to use the various workarounds. Then again, there’s also the matter of whether they notice their comments are invisible:
