I’m not entirely convinced that Melania is actually real. With Michelle Obama you could see her engaging with people and being passionate about causes. Melania always looks like someone’s grabbed her out the freezer and defrosted her for photo ops, it’s actually creepy how seemingly devoid of personality she is.

The clothes are just bad and Melania is basic with no personality. The only interesting thing about Melania is Laura Benanti’s impersonation of Melania.

From everything I’ve read about it, is he was also overly intoxicated. There’s a whole conversation going on right now about who’s at fault if both parties are that drunk. I think going after the production company is not only safest but I’m sure he’ll probably do the same when it’s all said and done.

By all accounts, DeMario was equally intoxicated. I don’t see why he would or should be held criminally or civilly liable. The production is to blame for not stepping in.

Ask anyone that lives there, though, about climate change and they’d tell you it’s a liberal conspiracy to kill the coal industry.

And we are experiencing our 4th above 90 day in the Midwest before the middle of June! What does that mean for August!!

All I have to say is you can’t help someone who doesn’t acknowledge that they need help or even wants your help. These people on this island clearly don’t want our help, they are going to trust in Trump. They will stay put and do very little to nothing to help their situations. So, byeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Hope you all can

Tangier is already dead (and good riddance!). Now get to work reducing emissions to lesson the coming catastrophe for others.

Or boats.

“Clearly, my boat sits at the same level as it did 20 years ago. If the sea level were rising, I’d have sunk by now!”

“I’d never build a golf course there. Terrible. Terrible opportunity, just terrible. It’s because of those people, the Indians, you know the ones, they made it a disaster. Sinking into the ocean. Worst thing you ever saw. But I love the people there, wonderful people, the best. They all voted for me, you know,

In my part of PA, growing zones have moved north twice in less than 20 years. We can grow stuff here now that couldn’t be grown north of Maryland 20 years ago. Yeah, I’m pretty sure that something is going on...

Eh if they are all Trump voters, might not be a great loss, more like thinning the herd.

“When I asked people their thoughts on climate change, everyone had the same answer. They said it doesn’t matter what’s causing it. They are sick of hearing debates about human-caused or natural cycles. They want people to open their eyes and see what’s happening to Tangier.”

People are in deeeeeeeeeeeep denial about climate change. Deeeeeep.

You can only put your head in the sand if there’s still sand left. Good luck with that.

“Itdoesn’t bother them that he pulled out of the Paris climate agreement. The residents on Tangier look at the decision as more money it will free up to help them build the infrastructure they need to save their island.”

One big storm and the island is done. It could happen any time.

““Like the president, I’m not concerned about sea level rise,” he said. “I’m on the water daily, and I just don’t see it.””I’m both blind and dumb as fuck” he continued...”

“He [Trump] said we shouldn’t worry about rising sea levels,” Eskridge said. “He said that ‘your island has been there for hundreds of years, and I believe your island will be there for hundreds more.’”
