Why is nobody taking a knee over black on black murders?

The main rotor moves at 725fps or close to 500mph. Depending on air speed that can put it close to the speed of sound. Hitting a 5lb object at that speed can cause serious damage to pretty much anything.

I think the key word in your comment you’re glossing over is ‘diesel’...

Depending on where they had parked(handicap spot), probably just fines.

they already do, the tires on the veyron and chiron were designed specifically and only for that car, i believe they are pirellis that cost 10k a set and you need new ones every like 10-15k miles

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this article a 10.

What, you couldn’t shoehorn in a Trump joke too, you dickhead?

If you have to have the company that made the car you own activate the car so you can drive it, you don’t really own the car.

When VTEC kicks in:

Oh no people will buy good cars the horror

Since when is “He fit a description” not considered a valid explanation by law enforcement?

I mean windspeeds of 150 mph isn’t anything to a plane, and if the hurricane is over water then there’s no debris to worry about.

Just to be clear (pun intended), this is just a display model.

Question, would it be fiscally responsible to design a building using tax dollars to withstand an event that may never happen again and not be able to fully rebuild? Or use those dollars to rebuild exactly was was lost (at less cost than the alternative 100-500 year design spec) with the possibility it may happen

Might not matter. The national flood insurance program has been broken for years. Getting a payout is extremely difficult after one of these events, and there’s the potential that the program could go broke over an event like this.

yep the fact that no one has figured this out yet is appaling. there is alot more to towing a trailer full of stuff than just low-stacked weights. enclosed trailers pull WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY different than an open trailer.

Worked for a company for about 4 years that did testing on mules similar to these in Colorado. Our trailers were identical to this, but with the addition of thick plexiglass on the ‘grid’. The purpose as I was told was to add additional wind resistance to the trailer to simulate worst case scenario for towing.

Because they’re idiots.

Good car, too much understeer
