Wasn't there else also an earthquake in episode one this season in the opening scene where the rocks & boulders closed in…

So sorry to annoy you but I do not read all 12,000
comments on this board and because it wasn't corrected in the review I thought maybe it wasn't addressed. It's pretty inevitable, there will be repeat comments on all message boards anyway.

I know it was just a typo, but saying "Carl" instead of Carter in this review kind of freaked me out. Please fix it!

Does anybody else think that the "W" group, the so-called Wolves, could possibly be the (3) exiled members of Alexandria? I was thinking this last episode but even more so now after what Rick said in the beginning of last night's episode about what could happen to people that are exiled. Just a thought.

I said the same thing!

My use of "masterpiece" was used to liken this episode to the early episodes of TWD, which in my opinion, are masterpieces.

People, this show is about a zombie apocalypse!!! It should be gruesome and gory and violent.
The amount of work put into Noah's death scene was incredible. That is pure talent, pure art and it supported the raw emotion in that scene.
I know that everyone has varying opinions on the amount of gore that should be

I am surprised and somewhat disappointed that Zack didn't touch on the
awesomely done awkwardness in this episode. I get it, you're not digging
the Sasha storyline but there was so much more to this episode. I feel
that this episode touches a lot about the real differences in how
different groups have survived through

A few Stray Observations of my own:

I agree with you Butts. Yes, it was an excruciatingly dismal episode but it was real and it was necessary. The Sasha stuff was a bit much at times but I think it was really to show the difference in grief between her & Maggie and that difference is true in reality with people, obviously. It is definitely going to

Thank you AC Slater for always posting such greatly thoughtful and interesting comments. I will miss reading your comments that always mirror my thoughts on this show. It gets kind of annoying to just read comments from people who rip this show apart.

I thought the same thing at first. But if you recall, Jax has always dealt with grief, anger, any heavy emotion with sex. Wendy has changed a lot to him and she's comfortable and loves his sons.

Just a few thoughts/observations that I'd love some other thoughts on:
- During the closing montage, when the camera zooms in on the floor next to Unser's body, it's focused on a Hummel figure. It is obviously something symbolic but I couldn't make out if the figures were (2) little boys or a boy & girl.
- What do we

Their deaths are anti-climactic because all (3) of them were ready to die. The innocent people weren't expecting it and didn't want to die.

Am I the only one that, for a minute, didn't think that Dawn's gun shot Beth? It was a strange sequence and Dawn's mouth was saying "it wasn't me" after Beth was shot. I know I may sound crazy but something about that how that scene went down just struck me odd for some reason.

I agree with you AC.
I have a feeling the rat is not Barosky. I'm wondering if there is a chance that it's Sheriff Jarry. There are so many reasons that could work and would make sense. Not that she did it in a corrupt way, more in a wiping the town of crime and cretins, in any and every way she needs to. The

What band did that guy in line at the Elbow Room scream to Crosby broke up? I rewinded (3) times and couldn't hear what he said!

Understood. It's weird because in the short preview they showed following the episode, it showed Jax furiously banging on Unser's trailer, making it look like he goes there to get info about Gemma/Tara/Abel.

What am I missing? Because I didn't think that preview was so spoilery.
We know Lin is going to be killed and we assumed Gemma is going to get out of dodge somehow, be it Nero's ranch or somewhere else.

Why is everyone dogging (no pun intended) the opening sex montage? Since when are any sex scenes on TV unwelcome? I looked at it as a peek into all of our characters' sex lives & emotional releases in the wake of what's been happening to their family. For some, we rarely get to see that (Gemma, Wendy, Happy, Tig). I
