I remember reading about these things over a decade ago. Seems to be taking a while to get the tech going.

Because I don’t want to live in a world ruled over by technocratic oligarchs who are weirdly worshiped by their customers.

Just because Tesla has no PR department doesn’t mean you have to volunteer.

What decision could Masi have made that wouldn’t have been controversial. Seriously. And keep in mind those lapped cars weren’t just out there as distractions.

I understand the locked livery because #BRANDS, but I can still be disappointed in it. I really wish companies didn’t take it so seriously, it’s a video game ffs.

Tell us some stuff and we’ll put it in a slide show!”

Yeah, F1 sorely needed the bad-guy wrestler, and here we are. Max is talented, no doubt. But drives in the red mist and he’s a danger to himself and others. If LH hates it so much he can go off and retire next year (after he inevitably wins his 8th, there’s no stopping him or that Merc).

My take? It’s easy to hate people who have extreme success at a very young age. This guy was making big $$$ racing at the same age a lot of people are taking their driver’s test.

Found the white supremacist who is also full of shit about what they know

Wait this is a joke right? You do know the relative origin stories of Hamilton and Verstappen, right?

If you think Max has ever engaged in “accidental” contact, I’ve got a bridge to sell you...

Why have Max hit Lewis when you could have one of the Alpha Tauri cars hit him? You can’t dock Max points for something another team does.

Watch Lewis Hamilton every time Max runs him off track. Lewis could turn in, just like Max did at Copse and crash them both, but he chooses to yield the position, even if Max is wrong, and fight later in the race.

Max refused to yield on Lap 1 at Silverstone.  He was in the quicker car with a team that is just

Yeah, that incident didn’t withstand scrutiny when they looked at Lewis’ telemetry data from the car. The data showed that Lewis did not tap the brakes... unlike yesterday where they found that Max DID in fact tap the brakes to cause the collision.

the whole thing seems like a straight up scam to jump into the market without the actual resources to do so”

And also without having to do the level of financial disclosure going public would actually require!  So yes, straight-up scam on multiple levels.

Ha ha ha ha. Verstappen was playing dirty long before Silverstone, it’s just that he came off worse at Silverstone. Sucks when shit backfires on you, don’t it?

I am a Lewis fan who honestly felt bad for Max during the race. The whole brake check thing was just utter insanity.  The radio chatter from everybody was a complete dumpster fire as well.

Yeah, the silver lining to all of this is ultimately I don’t think any of it mattered. There’s a legit gripe about max surrendering a 3.5 second lead just to get whacked with another 5 second penalty for the same incident, but ultimately even if it was just one of those punishments I think it would have been the same

Overall, unless you have a thing for mid-race interruption, it’s a terrible race track. Looks like Tilke Jr. isn’t any better than his dad afterall.
