According to this article (http://www.cbsnews.com/news/cbs-news-exit-polls-how-donald-trump-won-the-us-presidency/), around 10% more of his voters would have gone Clinton. (25% to Clinton, 15% to Trump). Most would have stayed home so it appears he had no real effect...

It’s semantics but healthier implies that it you are comparing something that is healthy to begin with. It’s less dangerous or less harmful. i.e. If a bullet to the head is harmful/dangerous, a bullet to the arm isn’t “far healthier” than a bullet to the head.
