Where does it say exclusive- I'm having a hard time finding that. I see the iBook Developer exports to iBooks and PDF.
I love this idea. Anything to make fitness and keeping healthy a little more fun. Can't wait until it comes down in price. Maybe second gen will track your sleep/wake you up.
The way some bills are written, they look like lobbyists wrote the first draft. There's gotta be some "do-gooder" lobbyists with the chops to write some of these things...then we shout about it until someone agrees to put it in for a vote. Or like this article suggests, once we have the bill ready to go- we crowd…
Before spending money into a broken system - We need legislation that will force congress to kill Super Pacs and reduce the impact of lobbying (as well as stop the practice of lobbying firms hiring retired congressmen).
And don't forget former Dem Chris Dodd is heading MPAA now.
While interesting and fun to look at, I'm not so sure some of these photos would have become such icons with these color pallets. Plus there's something about some of the skin tones that still feels unreal.
I like the idea from a certain standpoint, but this is gonna make concert-going even more annoying. It's bad enough when a few people are blocking your view with their cellphones...soon it'll be an army. Eh, maybe I'm just getting old.
Yeah, every online news site should just do the 18th.
That's pretty much what I'm thinking too. Textbooks and iBooks getting new features specific to education market (and will now work on computer as well). Maybe textbook rentals, although that may be too much of a change to the current market.
Seems like someone just makes a controller attachment for iPad and you get OnLive and it's close to the same thing? Also wouldn't have to deal with graphics being obsolete within 2 years.
Where is this 250 figure reported? I see some guy on Google+ says it was reportedly 250
Vizio thinks "Needs More Bezel" will be the new "Needs more Cowbell".
BMW Driver: "I just hit the Florida line! See you in a few!" Marv the Wet Bandit back home: "We got at least 20 hours to ourselves Harry..."
That's what I linked to above: Likeness/Personality.
I have a Sony Google TV and I love it. It's great not having to use a separate device for things, plus once I figured out hot keys on the remote and stuff it's super fast to get at apps. Just wish they could work out the No-Hulu issue...
Isn't it more this: [en.wikipedia.org]
Doesn't TV still use Nielsen's families with some algorithm to project viewership? They don't want anything that would give the advertisers more accurate readings. I would think an a la carte model would hurt the cash cow shows in the end, not to mention it makes the shows themselves the darlings, not the network.
So there's a lost world inside that hole that keeps tripping me in my backyard?
Here's a link to possible content of the event- a way to compete with Amazon's Kindle Select which signs authors up to exclusivity deals.
