Its not really relevant.  The restraint didnt contribute to his death.   He was on the ground because he ASKED to be put on the ground, and couldnt breathe because he was in the process of having a drug induced heart attack.  (Shortness of breath is a common symptom of heart attacks).   So this evidence is meaningless.

Durags are awful and they look ignorant worn outside of the home. It’s the same as rollers, curlers and shower caps outside the home. The fact that the school has to have a policy means kids are wearing them outside of the house, to school, and that’s bad parenting (yes, in m opinion!) and a bad look.

How convenient the only video not included with this post is the video posted by Chicago PD of the entire incident showing clearly the guy was packing on his hip (including a spare mag) and reached for the gun while surrounded by multiple police officers.
