We saw Arya change faces to kill Meryn last season. Jaqen didn’t give her permission to do it then either, she had already figured it out for herself. I guess we didn’t know she could take those faces back to Westeros, but it’s not a huge shock that she can do it, as Jaqen could when they first met.

I think the one thing that stood out for me upon rewatching Hercules as an adult is how short it feels. I mean, it’s your standard length for a film, but it races through what happens... it’s interesting, and visually appealing, but it’s definitely more satisfying when you’re young.
