I’m not sure its good. If CNN was to lose this case (high likelihood), its only going to embolden Trump to step up his asshole-ness and levels of dishonesty. CNN would be better to insert even a more aggressive correspondent to ask the questions Trump desperately wants to avoid.

Yes, the current batch have been nakedly political.... But that is still very different than running a campaign for a seat and requiring those seeking a seat to be bought out by donors. Campaign finance laws would have to be completely re-written before we have judges being sold to the highest bidders.

Voter suppression is and has been a top priority of the GOP for quite some time.... and they keep getting away with it.  The more voters they keep purging and preventing from voting, the easier it is for them to stay in charge.  We havent hit bottom yet folks.
