The lack of closure on the Dewey Crowe arc should cost the finale a letter grade. 

If Arlo = Ron Paul, that would make Raylan Rand Paul.  I generally don't make that connection quite as easily. 

And yet being in witness protection failed them when they needed it most. 

Not that the rest of the finale was bad, but I am relieved to see that Wynn Duffy will live to be creepy another season.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Quarles didn't survive.  Raylan probably didn't make getting an ambulance there a priority. 

Did Quarles sleeve gun jam?  Or did he just draw it and not have time to aim?

I would hate to think that there are people still watching new episodes because they actually expect to find an answer.

In theory it would be cool, but they would still avoid writing him into episodes. 

I was about to bring him up too.  If nothing else, we got several great sketches and a very inconsistent movie from the COPS phenomenon.
