Yuuuuup.  I'm not sure if West Virginia has a different accent than Kentucky, but Goggins's accent has a lot more 'character' to it than McBray's, whose was by no means bad.

For those of us who missed it, what was it?

Nice catch.

As much as I wanted to like it, it just wasn't one of the better things he has done.  Jon Benjamin can do great with other people's material, but being a show-runner might not be for him.  I would love to be convinced otherwise, but I think Benjamin is better used in shows like Home Movies or Archer, where he features

The shock fight even recalls one of my favorite exchanges ever:
Archer: Are you still filming those bum fights?
Krueger: No, now I am into something…darker.

I liked it.  It was perfect joke for a closing tag.

If ever an episode was going to have a guest voice from Walton Goggins, this was it.

I watched 30 Rock for the second time ever tonight and he actually did sound distinct enough from the character on that show.  I'm guessing it is more of a problem if you have seen him in those other variations on a country bumpkin that Van Der Werff spoke of.

Not even Carol poking people with a hot, um, poker?

I'm kind of sick of how much 'learning' goes on in this show lately.  Tom and Ann learning that they shouldn't sweat the small things of a relationship that doesn't make sense to begin with was the worst lesson learned this episode.

Maybe the freckles are one of those details you don't notice unless you are watching on some ultra high resolution tv.  I agree though, she has been wearing noticeably more make-up.

She wears a C cup and you know it, you lying bastard.
Wait, what am I saying?

I noticed the Office had more or less phased out the 'documentary' aspects by season 5.  If it doesn't add much to the show, I don't particularly care that they strayed from that premise.

As a fan of 'ich bin ein' jokes, that was the highlight of the episode for me.

I thought both this week's episode and last were B episodes.

Oddly, I think Curb lacks the warped realism of the earlier seasons of Seinfeld and fits in better along seasons 8 and 9.  I don't disagree that it is such a departure, I just don't really fault it for it.  The jokes and plot construction, though not as great as in season 5 or 6, are still solid.  I suppose it is a

I assumed they are privy to better information than me and that they aren't really seeking advice about this from random commenters on the internet.  Still, I took plenty of offence.

Rating seasons 8 and 9 lower than other is a distinct thing from hating those seasons.

Maybe he is preparing a massive takedown of Sims for the finale?  I don't think it should take more than a few weeks, but Sims hatred brings out the worst/best in people.

I suppose you are less likely to use Bing, Microsoft's search engine, if Google is your prefered portal for multiple applications.
