Look at the news from the past year, all I hear about is them holding the rest of the country back. Look, I understand that good people live there and they likely can’t afford to move.

They can't admit it. The punishment they would have to give out might make the attackers uncomfortable for a few months. How would it affect their swim times this summer? What if they couldn't eat pretzels or a nice steak?
