Pro tip: unions are just a scape goat for bad corporate management. Hella (the company, not the outdated adjective) makes aftermarket 90mm headlight/foglight modules. When the sun hits the lens just right, it slightly melts the bottom of the OEM foglight shroud I have them mounted in.
