....or a Macy’s winter fashion catalog.

I looked for Beetles in many many many Getty images of mid-60s Heathrow and the next best image I could find was this. Look at the look on his face.... https://media.gettyimages.com/photos/1st-june-1967-american-actor-clint-eastwood-finds-himself-at-the-of-picture-id3208752?s=2048x2048

Apologies for the multiple replies, but I was able to find a decent copy of the slightly earlier photo depicting the left side tail lamp....AND...,if I’m not mistaken, what looks to be the back of oddly rectangular, protruding headlights as well. I’m not sure if I can direct link to Getty photos, so here is a URL:

I found a cached image in Google for beatlesarchive.net that indicates the date of the photo is 4/12/67. It has a photo taken a moment earlier showing that the other side of the car has the same odd taillight. That site seems down, though.

You and your “Cozy Coupes” can all fuck right off...

Can someone please take Nissan's steering wheel designer out behind the shed?

I’d recommend reading through some of Hyundai’s TSBs. They highlight some extremely fundamental manufacturing flaws that don't align with Hyundai's supposed newfound reliability record.

Can’t we agree to bitch about 1-size-fits-all seating before we bitch about weirdo steering wheels?

is that all fine?”....(looks back on the last 4 years) evidence seems to point strongly towards yes. We are not currently a nation of laws for citizens from all walks of life. So, I’m calling this fine.  Time to put down the megaphone.

Given that we’re not seeing any ACTUAL justice being doled out for things that REALLY matter, I’m fully on the I-don’t-give-a-fk side of this. Amplifying nothingburgers for clicks/viewers is what’s wrong with all forms of media at the moment.

I don’t think it’s OK, but at the moment I do think this is eventually going to lead us to a better and stronger standing as a country. We sit on the sidelines and point and yell when something is vaguely treasonous, or maybe possibly seditious, but everything so far is been a “maybe” - the kind of thing that can hide

With thr average transaction price of a new car somewhere around $37,000, this is probably the right move. New car prices are nuts, and unsustainable.

Get out, live a good life, and don’t be an asshole. Tomorrow is guaranteed to no one.

I’ve never had success with these impact drivers for brake rotor screws. Best solution I’ve found is to use a universal Phillips bit placed into a socket of the correct size. Then use a ratchet. This lets you push in with one hand on the ratchet, and gives you control to use leverage on the handle and feel your way to

My family is actually Sicilian (for the purposes of this discussion I didn’t think the distinction made a difference).  Maybe that accounts for the slightly different experience related to me.

This comment will remain in the grey, but my 90-year old Italian relatives tell me of bigotry well into their high school years. I didn’t hear the stories until my 40s, and it was a very odd revelation since I haven’t experienced anything like that.  Fact is that every country has their brand of hatred.

The ego of Hyundai engineers is unmatched.  As a Hyundai owner, maybe they should tend to their unreliability issues first.  No way in hell would I take flight in a Hyundai product.

The dirty part of this is that something has caused all of the CPO Bolt prices to suddenly come down by several thousand dollars. The easy math is that dealers are trying to offload these, but the reduction is so consistent and completely across the board that this almost feels like factory cash to the dealers from

I think it would be shocking to tally those that DID profit, plus those that profited by bankruptcy vs. those that went under.  Then run those values against unemployment.

The rise of the smartphone makes this a relic of a solution.
