It will be mixed right in with all the rest of the CPO TLXs and no one will notice.

Fuck you, Ford.
The V6 Accord is intriguing, but what about the butt? I can’t stomach it.
If it’s an SMT, and if it has the LSD then you have the rarest version of the MR2 Spyder in the US (Japan had a “final version”, other countries had limited editions as well). Depending on the condition, pricing it at a significant premium would be perfectly reasonable on your part. Whereabouts are you located?
I owned one for a time (I had to pull that pic off the web). Alas, an elderly driver with a poor sense of judgement took it from me. Years later I’m still sad. That color combination was exceedingly rare. Odds of finding one are slim. Good luck.
Also, beware of the garbage they paint on windows. Bought a car new off the lot and they took it back to wash after the deal was done. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed that in their efforts to wash the paint off the windows, they scratched swirls into my windshield. Hyundai has bad quality glass, but still.
Van timing is code for homelessness. Just sayin’.
This catches a really interesting time - this is the end of the boxy car era. The Ford Taurus and Mercury Topaz kind of got us started and, to a kid of the 80s like me they looked like space ships. And even though they had been out for a few years, the roadways are still clearly full of boxy cars.
It would raise the price of the vehicle $750, and no one but NO ONE will pay that, right? It’s self-destructive business school 101. Get with the program, man. What, you think corporations are here to run a business AND keep our country prosperous? Ain’t nobody got time for that.
Sure. I just hope they can charge $47K for it, so rather than most of us thinking the price is ridiculous, ALL of us can.
Engine notes! Alan Decadenet used to do a TV show that did a pretty good job letting viewers experience what many classic vehicles sounded like. Done right (a challenge on a budget) it would be cool.
...but then you might have to actually attempt to go through the process of buying a Mazda. I gave it a try recently and as Tom McPartland’s recent article confirmed, it’s something I would only wish upon my worst enemies.
Owned by reading and comprehension. Disregard ill conceived comment.
No, because I guarantee that with the removal of the Focus and Fiesta the average transaction prices for Ford’s vehicles will increase substantially. Have you seen Escape prices? Aside from the Ecosport turd, where are their vehicles from 20-25k.
I’m a 3-time new Mazda purchaser and recently attempted to pick up a leftover ‘18 Mazda 3. It was the least pleasant attempt to purchase a vehicle I’ve ever had, and I ended it all without closing the deal. I experienced every shady pre-arrival technique, and when I finally got a somewhat straightforward quote from a…
If you watch it muted it looks like they are fleeing the scene of a murder. The bloody pants are a nice, effective touch.
I’m pretty sure the grass on this guy’s plot is going to grow really well.
I can’t believe the article didn’t touch on the hackers/cheats. The game is rife with them. They were employing hacks in the game on literally the first day. EA asks users to report cheaters, but it’s just too time consuming and soul sucking. While the game is free, people are still spending real money, so where is…
