So many things happened you forgot to mention Bonnie false confession to Asher that she's the one who killed Sam, for sone reason. I understand what the writers are trying to do (surely we as viewers will expect Asher will protect Bonnie) but would Bonnie actually confess to a murder she hasn't committed to someone

The two bearded ginger lawyers helped save the episode for me… For different reasons…

Don't worry, if you have an original vision around it, it can still work ! The problem here is that they don't.

This isn't an original idea. Agatha Christie did it in one of her most well known books.

Not that it matters but so far Nasim Pedrad and Jonas Brother are both in cahoots with the killer, who, if he's in love with Zayday, can't possibly be any of these two. Which means there are at least three culprits.
The season is so gonna end with the reveal that all the characters are actually guilty.

She mentioned her dad to Jake in the hotel room scene.

You deserve so much more than that, Mr. Castillo!

There's definitely a sign of Giancarlo Esposito in the trailer (1:42)

It means that he reminds him of Steve Jobs.

"Everyone takes a stab" is the way Julius Caesar was murdered, following Brutus' treason.

I don't know where I said I don't like the show… I don't watch things I don't like, I think it's a pretty idiotic behavior. However, liking something doesn't mean you can't point out its flaws. That scene wasn't foreshadowing because it didn't address any idea of mortality, it just existed to remind us of these

That scene with his son is actually an example of some clunky writing. Because we hadn't spent a lot of time with Kyle and didn't see a lot of his relationship with Gabe, this scene telegraphed that something bad was going to happen to them. From that point on it was pretty easy to guess.
I wouldn't have given that

Yeah, I realized that after writing my comment. Anyway, despite this very stupid incident, they still have the better product so they should still win!

The conclusion was hilarious, but honestly, did they need to tell about their mistake? Couldn't they just lie and pretend they actually had been hacked? Or something!

That's maybe the only joke I laughed at, mostly because it was so unexpected. But it's not the first time MF does a joke like that (there was one in an Halloween episode : "fog cue")

- Insatiable ! Insatiable ! Insatiab-
- Stop saying insatiable.

"What's in the box?? What's in the fucking box!!??"

To me this the exact difference between Scandal and, let's say, The Good Wife. They both tackle similar political and legal plots, but in Scandal, it always ends well for Liv's client, because it's pure wish fulfillment. On TGW, everyone knows life and the law is unfair, so when a case cannot be won, it won't. Scandal

Especially given how graphic and profane the shows are, the prospect of watching an heavily edited version was not attractive at all.

Every single thing you say is true. I also was wondering about that scene as it looks nothing like what Barbara told. I don't really trust whatever she says anyway but I'm sure it's just an oversight from the writers.
