Well, the article says “period-accurate 1998 gaming rig”, so something that wasn’t out in 1998 wouldn’t be accurate. Even a Pentium III wouldn’t be accurate as it didn’t release until 1999. Not that it really matters lol. It’ll run the games without any need for emulation, so it’s old enough : )
