I like all the links they put at the end of Barf Bags to the effect of, “Let’s have Elizabeth Warren handle this crisis!” or similar sentiments...after pretty much ignoring her in favor of Bernie for the entire primary.

I don’t give fuck all if the next president is exciting....I only care that they’re a Democrat.
You know what’s less exciting than Biden? Four more years of Trump. Scratch that, another Trump term is downright terrifying.
My maternal grandparents, both of whom are in their 90s and live in Wisconsin, voted in person in this election. They, and everyone else who risked their lives to change the balance of the state supreme court, are heroes.
That was my thought. When people are willing to risk their lives to vote you out, you’re fucked.
This is so huge. Voter suppression has become an incredibly powerful go-to tactic for the GOP, and it’s amazing to see it fail like this. This is also great news for the November election, since it doesn’t bode well for Trump. Congrats to the citizens of Wisconsin for getting out and voting, even though it was…
Couple of things.
Bingo. A 2nd term Trump? If you thought things couldn’t get worse than the last 4 years, we can certainly find out that way.
I mean, Biden’s entire pitch, the entire reason for his candidacy, was his electability. If some snarky blogs and tweets from people who just wish he would be better are enough to jeopardize his chances, it sure seems like the entire basis for his candidacy was a lie.
You’re right, and yet, I understand the OP’s sentiment. What kind of asshole left-leaning voter isn’t turning HIMSELF out this November? It probably stings a little for ANY Democratic nominee to have to cater to a liberal bloc so damned dumb that they can’t drag themselves to the polls to stop the world from becoming…
In the midst of a pandemic with a literal madman as incumbent is no time to throw a fit because your candidate didn’t win. For the love of all decent people, please put your grudges with the democratic party aside and vote for Biden.
I only really follow one sport, MMA, so I can’t speak to whether what you’re saying holds water (though I will say that women’s MMA is every bit as technically satisfying, brutal, competitive, etc., as men’s MMA).
That is a memoir I would shell out to read.
The bigger problem is that he is stacking the other courts, not just SCOTUS.
I don’t live in Kentucky. I almost NEVER contribute to political campaigns. I donated to Amy McGrath who is running against Mitch this fall. I know if the Republicans retain control of the Senate and Mitch loses some other Trump shill will just take his place as speaker, however it will atleast make me feel better…
All that sounds just fine and dandy until you look at a calendar and realize it’s not 2016, Trump already won, and your master plan of “Show the DNC who’s boss” failed because the youth vote didn’t bother to show the fuck up for Bernie. He got slaughtered.
To your last paragraph - anyone thinking about sitting out or voting third party because their preferred candidate didn’t get the nod doesn’t worry about any of those issues or causes, because they have more than enough privilege to get through the next 4 years.
I won’t dismiss the fact that Biden and Sanders both attract support from shitty people that post shitty tweets, but I would also not be surprised if a certain number of these shitty tweets are not from supporters so much as people that want to foment internecine warfare in the Democratic party and either way it’s…
