We did this in high school. Our receiver coach was former NFLer Lorenzo Hampton (don’t blame you if you haven’t heard of him) and made us do this plus some other ridiculous hand-eye stuff. He was the best coach ever. For our end of season gift, he gave us a signed picture of himself.
