Yeah I hate to say it but this is classic Roberts. Throw a bunch of decisions he doesn’t really care about the other side’s way. Save up your pretense of bipartisanship for the decisions he really does care about, like gutting Roe vs. Wade or reducing voting rights for poor and black people.
