Yes, the detective cars were the way to go. Drove to New Hampshire to look at 2 1995 chevy caprice 9c1's with my friend, think it was 2000. 1st car was cheap. VT state trooper car, high miles. Bad paint scheme/faded remains of decals. Interior was trashed. Overall the car was a rusted out mess, but ran well. 2nd car

Your grandaddy must know my father in law.

No self-respecting American will want that. EVER. Only people like us will want to buy that. Others? Nope. Not a chance.

Not sure what Chevy should do, but GMC should take out ads about how the steel in their truck beds are a little thicker than Chevy, that’s why it’s worth paying the premium on a GMC truck, stronger beds.

To be honest, I am more intrigued about who buys these things used than the car itself. There is one in town parked on street in front of not the best apartment building in town, not all the time, right up the street from a duplex with a driveway full of used big Mercedes and Bimmers.

Now imagine how hard it would be if it was a hoverboard that actually HOVERED and not a TWO WHEELED miniature Segway with no handle bar called a hoverboard.

Incendiary leg sweepers.

And neither is as difficult as accepting “hoverboard” as the term for these things.

Sez you.

THAT’S NOT A HOVERBOARD GAT DANGIT

Also body color rear plate, not the blacked out one we know (And love) from the Police Interceptor model.

I’ve seen theses car show up for all sorts of government work. Old friend of my was addicted to cop cars. He had one from the water company. also seen them from the Dept. of environmental protection, fire dept. DMV. In out are we also had state marshalls which only go drive around to serve papers. So these vehicles

A 2% dip in the market isn’t exactly scathing...

This. I bought my ‘03 with 100k on the clock about 5 years ago for $3500. I maybe have $400 in it in minor wear-item repairs over that time and 65k miles. Total cost of ownership is basically nothing, and I don’t wash it because the cheapo black respray the state did on it flakes off when it gets washed.

I have a 2004 Ex-Delaware River & Bay Authority police CVPI. However, I’ve made to plaster it with stickers to ensure that everyone who pays even a modicum of attention can tell I’m not a cop. Thinking about a “NOTACOP” plate or something along those lines. Sure, some of us ex-cop car drivers have stupid intentions,
