I have always thought making the main focus of these reports about race and the specific actions instead of focusing on the problems and how they impact everyone is a non starter. I understand they impact minorities more. Almost seems silly. Of course they do. That is where the cops are at in high numbers.

It’s not as simple as most posters on jez act like it is. People are literally being shot by the thousands. To stop that might take some unsavory people or tactics. It’s good to overhaul things, but I just think expecting people to be kind and courteous all the time when doing this job is a fantasy.
