This is taxes on foreign income. Its not taxes on DOMESTIC income. Where are THOSE numbers? Why should Apple pay the US government tax on income earned from other countries? Those other countries undoubtedly tax Apple already.

Any large corp that does any international business you can bet doesn't pay anywhere near the corporate tax rate. Its a freaking joke. GE for example pays literally no taxes.

3D absolutely is a gimmick. Apps are far more useful. I use the Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Video, Slacker and Pandora apps on my Bravia LCD TV. I would never, ever buy a 3D television.

To be fair, Metro is the only new thing about Windows 8 that one could actually review. Without Metro there really isn't anything to talk about. Which is why I don't get the big deal about Windows 8... most people with desktops will turn Metro off anyway... then what? Oh yeah, its Windows 7.
