Not to mention about 1,000 times less weight stress!

Ha, you wish.
I love all the armchair analysis... both in the article and in the comments. Quite entertaining! LOL!
I'll stick to the real thing.
Holy crap...
Um, no. You'll have two nexus 7s with 32gb. What are you going to do? Tape them together and wire the flash memory together?
How is this a letdown? You haven't even see it. Go check it out in person before you get stuck with the nexus.
I haven't noticed lag at all, in fact it still feels faster than my wife's 4S. My iPhone 5 does feel snappier, but these are small degrees of very fast compared with my 4 year old laptop. I guess it depends on what apps you're using. But I have to say I'm really happy that the iPad 2 is still holding strong so I'm not…
Aw, poor baby, its really too bad that there are no other tech blogs for you to go troll on.
I'm still going very strong with my iPad2. While I do like the simplicity and fit of the new connector, I don't think it makes a damn bit of difference for me concerning the iPad. Nor does the new chip. I played with the "New" iPad and while the screen was a bit nicer the speed felt pretty identical. For some reason…
I think the only mistake Apple made today was leaving the iPad2 on the market.
Hello... you just nailed 90% of the market!
Thanks for sharing that.
All the time, but that's AT's problem ;)
So cool!
Bow chicka bow bow!
Specs just don't matter to 99.9% of consumers. What matters is the way the product feels in your hands, the way the OS and apps feel when you use them, the QUALITY of the experience. I still use the hell out of my iPad 2 and it feels just as zippy and capable as it did the day I got it. It never feels old because I am…
I doubt there is anything preventing you from putting whatever you want on the SSD.
And so you want to do it differently? The management scheme they have makes sense, and is very likely exactly what would be most beneficial. Apps and OS on the SSD and files on the HDD. So what if you want to be a control freak about it. You can go configure while I go get some work done.
Oh, you mean the OS I use every single day to make Academy Award winning visual effects? Oh sure... ok thanks.
