Why in the hell in 2012 do we STILL have to deal with these bullshit Windows driver issues. Any piece of built in hardware should just seamlessly WORK, especially a trackpad/mouse or monitor. This is one of the top 3 reasons I left the Windows world for the Mac. So. Sick. Of. Driver. Issues.
