You're dreaming... I've played with both and ICS is meh... JB is truly the first Android OS that makes me feel its actually a solid product. The BIG caveat being that I experienced it on the Nexus 7 where its in its pure form. I truly believe that the carriers will screw it up... if you can even get it.
