Specialization man. I bet most of the World Series roster on both teams tonight, have never played one minute of another team sport, outside of a pick up game. It’s all about specialization these days.

I tend to agree. That said, severe dehydration and exposure in that kind of hostile environment can easily send you over the edge.
Nah, FOX Sports has been the worst at everything forever so stop your whining.
Totally agree. The movie was probably looking awesome and Disney was like, “Whoa whoa whoa. This isn’t vanilla enough.” The risk being that across the board vanilla Star Wars movies will begin to alienate fans overtime. But as you say, they aren’t a risk taking company.
Biggest hurdle -by far- for me to go all in on Sony mirrorless is E-mount. Canon (and Nikon) glass is so much better that until Sony figure out optics, I’m sticking with Canon.
We lost shipyards decades ago and the defense industry, while important, is not nearly as vital to the California economy as it was 20/30 years ago. You’re right about shipping. Secession would not be easy and would come at an enormous cost and is really just pure fantasy.
I agree. BUT I’m saying, in this “secession” scenario California would probably have to do this to make up for lean snow pack years and not let itself dry up on the vine. And no I’m not serious about de-sal or secession. Just gaming things out.
California doesn’t need water. We would just have to sacrifice environmental concerns with de-salinization and start building plants.
The US losing access to the Pacific would pretty much ensure an all out civil war. I don’t see any scenario in which WA and Oregon both join California.
I totally agree with this. That would be a major sacrifice of independence. But if Trump dismantles environmental protections anyway, well what the hell.
Except that were Cali to go on it’s own, it would just be forced to build desal plants which would pretty much solve it’s water problem since, you know, the Pacific ocean.
Probably right. But still incredibly stupid and immature on their part. So any punishment will be well deserved.
There is already a whole horror/self-storage movie genre. Who knew?https://www.storagefront.com/therentersbent/terror-in-a-10x10-storage-facilities-in-horror-movies/
