im gonna make generalized statements here, so be forewarned.

of all the makes on the road, subaru is up there with being cyclist-friendly. most times i see a subaru, the seem to be of the “share the road” mentality. maybe they were driving an ascent? forester would be my second guess.

theyre totally putting this in theaters now to put on D+ during the Olympics so they can:
1) say it got a theatrical release
2) pull viewers/get a free promo push from NBC coverage

i dvred Monsieur Spade, and after last week it automatically started to play the finale on demand. there is a character that just pops up outta nowhere to settle things, but it oddly makes some sense. and it fits the feeling of the era.

there were a few others, but pancakes was the fun nod to the movie for me.
