how difficult is it to make adjustments with their “futureshock” or whatever they call it? like, lets say i need a new fork. do i need to get a special fork? what about a headset? is it proprietary? stems?

we have made sure people know about the issues we have had with napleton and stress they go to any other dealer for a purchase. yeah, all dealers suck, but the way they treated us with our car purchase, and subsequent entire vehicle recall and buy-back, was extremely poor.

i have had the displeasure of purchasing a car through this autogroup. i wish they could pay me for the time spent in “spirited discussions” with them.
