a volley is any strike of the ball when the ball is in the there. a half-volley occurs after a bounce. he half-volleyed it then.

yeah seriously. he makes a bicycle riding motion with his kick i guess, but that right there is a volley.
as for hanging with the world’s best, this is a very abbreviated Germany squad. 10 players that have been on the pitch in this game weren’t on the team at the world cup or started the final.
HA!
When I first came to Deadspin, the top article was “Lebron James is a Cocksucker.” I knew this was the sports site for me.
chris fu’amatu-ma’afala
most badass name i can remember on a football field. think he was fred taylor’s backup before mjd got there. definitely played for the jags.
you forget to mention Alonso jogging behind Neymar not bothering to defend
so pissed i don’t have a next-gen console yet!! what’s Ermac like to play with? loved him in MK9
You're also going to be hearing "WTF!!!!" very often from your own mouth and those around you, when Bradford stares blankly downfield at all his open receivers on 3rd and 10 and decides to take the sack and/or check down to his tight end for -2 yards.
ummmm.....
i live in Toronto and the average house price is 750k. And you don't have to drop 5 figures on and engagement ring to have something nice.
damn who said anything about $5000-$10,000????
if it makes you fell any better, the Rams haven't had a winning season with all those draft picks
actually laughed out loud at this comment
well there's quite like watching a well-oiled play like that. 5 one touch passes, the second to last being a perfect lob into the box, the last pass being totally unselfish. they completely pulled apart that defence.
it's an abomination every year. i thought kroos was a stretch as well. i know he played well in the champions league and at the world cup, but i feel he's more a product of the two systems he played in. schweinsteiger and muller both had high pass/success rates playing at bayern and with germany (although i don't…
Went to Montreal a couple years ago and was pleasantly surprised with Boreale's line of beers. I recommend the Noire, but the Lager and Cuivree were both great. Sadly, it can only be had in Quebec :( .
That was a major problem. As for the casual fan, why spend $100+ to watch a football game when you can watch the argos for a quarter of the price? And you know if the MLSE was involved in the bid they'd jack prices up to insane rates.
as someone who has lived in canada for 25 years, went to montreal last year for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. heard many of stories about all these supposedly rude people but that wasn't the case. beautiful, old city with tons of culture
ummm COFFEE CRISP ANYONE?? arguably top 1
