And Aubrey Plaza is on the mutant show I don’t watch, too!

Also Fuller is there. He has the power to drink a bunch of soda and wet the bed!

Pill’s glowering as Kim is one of my favorite parts of the film. It works because it’s understated.

Let’s be real:  As good as the first Cap film was, it wasn’t until Avengers that we all really understood just how good the MCU could be.

Michael Cera ruins this movie for me.

This film was my introduction to Anna Kendrick, so it will always get at least a partial pass from me for that.

god that actor got ugly. his chin totally gave up.

I adore Chris Evans in this. I also love that Lucas Lee’s stunt team in the movie is Evans’ actual stunt team. And that they all speak with his voice.

That must have been a blast to film.

Do any female characters fall all over Scott except Knives? His sister and Aubrey Plaza’s character definitely think he’s a schmuck. Even Envy’s character seems to view him as a loser.

Counterpoint: Life is way too short to watch a movie you don’t like three times. You already gave it a second chance, move on.

And this is AFTER Scott has defeated Captain America/The Human Torch simultaneously.

I’m going to give Scott Pilgrim another watch to see if I just wasn’t in the mood for it the first two times I watched it.   To many people here and other places who’s opinions I respect seem to think it’s great so I owe it a rewatch. 

Yeah. Kick-Ass is just awful. Misogynistic , homophobic , hyper-violent. Wanted is also just as bad.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead will play Huntress in the upcoming Birds of Prey also. Thomas Jane is uncredited as one of the Vegan police.

I know the article mentions it but it always strikes me funny how many superheroes are in this thing. There's a point where Superman/The Atom and his girlfriend Captain Marvel are about to kill Scott until The Punisher (and another vegan policeman) save him.

Sits strongly as one of my top five movies of all time. I watch it over and over and it never gets old. BTW bread makes you fat.

I’m not sure I agree that all the women are falling all over Scott Pilgrim in the movie. I mean, it really doesn’t seem to me that Ramona cares much about him through most of the movie, it’s more that he’s the first guy she met in a town she doesn’t know, so she hangs out with him and she probably would have wandered…
