I agree. I spent months commenting and never got posting privileges anywhere on GM despite the fact that most of my comments got recommended many times and pulled out of greys by former commenters.

I think everyone, regardless of gender appreciates being listened to. I'm more interested in whether or not men are less inclined to listen to women with genuine interest. I suspect they are. I know that in group settings women are more often interrupted.

No. Rapists use alcohol as a tool. They know perfectly well that a drunk victim and other types of " gray rape" are easier to get away with because they can feign confusion. Consent isn't actually difficult and accidental rape is not a thing.
