This is the same type of guy that would be the first to deny that there's a male entitlement problem in our culture.

Nobody thinks that all men are violent misogynists. However, almost every woman had been victimized in some way or have had a close call. Our culture tells men that they are entitled to women and some will take that to an extreme. We don't always know just from looking at a man who is unhinged and who isn't.
